The circumference of the heel section is proportioned to the shoe size ranging from 300mm to 400mm.
If you dont like the product or chose the wrong size please Email Us so we can dispatch our courier to drop off the correct boot & collect the incorrect boot in one delivery. Requests to return products must be done within 3 days from date of receipt of your order
A 1 Year limited factory warranty against manufacturing defaults from date of invoice is valid. Wear & Tear is not covered in the warranty. Courier charge is for your account.
Any local shoe repair outlet will be able to assist with repairs, we do not do repairs.
