I want to return or exchange my product!
If you don’t like the product or chose the wrong size please Email Us so we can dispatch our courier to drop off the correct boot & collect the incorrect boot in one delivery. Requests to return products must be done within 3 days from date of receipt of your order. Collections can only be done during office hours on weekdays & excludes public Holidays.
Due to our low margins we cannot offer free collections on products that have been marked down for clearance, ie. previous year products, specials. We will accept and credit the returned product.
- You have a general right to return your product (a “cooling off period”);
- for seven days after delivery;
- for any reason;
- without penalty; but
- You the consumer must pay the costs to return the goods.

What is the warranty on Carbons™?
A 1 Year limited factory warranty against manufacturing defaults from date of invoice is valid. Wear & Tear is not covered in the warranty. Courier charge is for your account.
I have big calves, now what?
The circumference of the heel section is proportioned to the shoe size ranging from 300mm to 400mm.
If you’ve bought the boots and the fit around the calves are too tight,
1) Try wearing the boot in to allow the wool to compress
2) If the zip does not close try fit the boot on without using the zip
3) Cut or shave the wool to your desired thickness

Any local shoe repair outlet will be able to assist with repairs, we do not offer repairs.
I haven't received my item. What can I do?
Please allow up to 10 working days for manufacture of your custom boots. If you have not had any further communication from us, please contact us at email@example.com.
I paid by EFT but haven't had confirmation of my order?
If you have paid via bank transfer please ensure you send us your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name and order number so that we can process your order.
Allow up to 3 working days for funds to clear before your order will be processed.
I am ordering for someone else and don't know their size?
All our boots are manufactured to order so it is important that you order the correct size. Our boots are made to UK shoe sizes, and exact mm measurements can be compared here for accuracy: Carbon Boot Size
By purchasing our Carbon South Africa Sheep Wool Boots you are confirming you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms of sale:
You confirm that you have measured your foot in the following way to ascertain your boot size:
1) Put foot on a ruler or tape measure with the zero mm point starting at the edge of the heel.
2) You must just be able to see the zero mark if looking at it while the ruler is under your foot.
3) Measure the distance from your heel to your longest toe.
4) Compare that measurement to our sizing chart.

If your foot measures between two sizes opt for the smaller size because, both the natural hide and sheep wool compress in time.
Our advertised delivery time is based from time of receipt of CLEARED funds, to expected delivery to your stated national address. Orders will not be dispatched until funds have been processed into our account. When making an EFT payment from another bank please choose an immediate interbank payment method if you would like to speed up your delivery time.
If payment is not successful due to incorrectly entered account details or insufficient funds the transaction will not be successful. Kindly ensure that all EFT payments are processed within 24hrs of order to avoid cancellation.
Please note we have a limited amount of stock. Although we make every effort to ensure items on our website are available for purchase, in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil an order you will be notified and entitled to a full refund in rand value for any payments made for merchandise.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the product to Carbon South Africa™ within 14 days of delivery and will be entitled to a a full refund in rand value for any payments made for merchandise.
Refunds will be processed within 2 to 7 days of return of product.
Processing time depends upon your original method of payment.
